1. Service

Komodo Agents Inc ("we", "us") provides managed OpenClaw hosting ("the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe.
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect immediately.
Free tier agents may be suspended or terminated at our discretion.
No refunds for partial months.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to:

Violate any law or regulation
Send spam, phishing, or malicious content
Mine cryptocurrency or run excessive compute workloads unrelated to AI agents
Attempt to access other users' agents or data
Resell the Service without written permission

5. Data and Privacy

Your agent data is stored on isolated infrastructure. We do not access your conversations or files unless required for support or legal compliance. See our Privacy Policy.

6. AI Usage

Gemini AI is included with your agent. Usage is subject to Google's terms and rate limits. You may add your own API keys for other AI providers.

7. Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee it. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account and data at any time by contacting us.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
